Information: I was born and raised in Western Montana a 4-H and ranch girl and I Moved to Milton Freewater in 1971. I have a law practice in Milton Freewater. Married to Ed Burlingame. We farm and ranch Ed's family land on the Stateline. All our kids were active in 4-H and FFA and both boys, Steve Wallace and Joe Burlingame highschool and college rodeoed. Son Steve is still active in steer roping and is President of the NW Steer roping Association. Daughter Karlene Wallace Carlton lives in Southern Calif. and is a National Sales Training Manager for Hewlett Packard. Daughter Diana Burlingame Jones is a stay at home Mom and lives on our ranch on Stateline. Son Joe is a loan officer with Bank of Whitman. We now have grandchildren who ride at Posse in Western and English and 7 and under lead line barrels, goats and poles. Jace, Jenna, Zach, Rachel, Derek and Chase.

I am past President of the Milton Freewater Rotary and currently secretary treasurer for the Rotary Club, I have been involved in the Milton Freewater Jr. Show 30 yrs. and on the Board for 20 plus years and have been treasurer for too many years to count. I am also tresurer for the Sixth Judicial Bar Association. I have served on the Posse Board for 6 plus years and am currently the Co-court advisor with my partners in glitter and hairspray Kathy Narum and Debbie Scudder.
