Posse's Presence at Rodeo Bible Camp
Five Pioneer Posse members participated in the Rodeo Bible Camp held in Union Oregon this summer. Jamie Thomas-Breakaway Roping, Kelsea Rae Halter-Breakaway Roping, Brittany Artz-Breakaway Roping, Brittany Prince-Team Roping, and Shaunte Robert-Barrel Racing
Rodeo Bible Camp is a wonderful experience for you and your horse to learn how to do events that you are interested in. With the clinics that you attend twice daily from four to four and a half hours at a time, you and your horse learn the basics, have great support, and find friends in the best way, on horseback! They also have events for the boys like bull and bronc riding.
The bible part of the camp brings you closer to God with the coolest pastor and speakers, a great band, and wonderful counselors who are there for you to learn about God and the awesome things that he has given us.
For three days you and your horse stay at the Union Rodeo Grounds and attend all the scheduled clinics and have fun meeting new friends. On the fourth day, when your parents come to pick you up from camp, they hold a HUGE Rodeo over everything that you have learned during camp, an awards ceremony and even Brittany Prince was baptized in a water trough. It was a great time for all and I would like to invite more Posse members to come and join us next year. Go to the Galley Page to see more picks of our Posse members at the camp.
Kelsea Rae Halter
If you are interested in participating next year, the camp is open to Cowboys and Cowgirls from age 13 through age 18.please visit their web site http://www.rodeobiblecamp.org/ .
Donations
I would like to thank everyone that has made donations. If your name isn't here and you have made a donation, please let me know as I want to make sure everyone receives credit for their help! The donations are very helpful and every dollar counts!

Elisa Doebler-Irvine $50.00 (towards pump power repairs)
Posse Court $50.00 (towards pump repairs)
Sand Donations
Sue Ruzicka $20.00, Nicole Aichele $15.00, Elisa Doebler-Irvine $27.00, Posse Court $50.00, The Skramstad Kids $27.00, Vollmer Family $24, Allie Key $12.00, Shirley Dickerson $12.00, Lloyd Sampsel $51.00, Kylie Maycumber $20.00
If you would like to donate a yard of sand please contact Nancy or click the donate sand button! We are trying to raise enough money to add sand to the arena. With all the rock gone (yeah) the soil compacts and hardens very rapidly, so we are hoping to add as much sand as we can to better the surface even more. The cost is $12 per yard and to do it online we ask that you pay a $3 web fee that we have to pay. This will keep the full $12 per yard going to the sand. Please remember that you can donate any amount that you would like by pressing the donation button on the bottom of just about every page of this website. Thank You!

If you would like to make a cash donation and get your name on the face boards of the grandstands, it is just $25.00. You can either give it to any of the board members with the name you want on the face board, or you can send it through PayPal by clicking the link below. Just fill out the short form for face board information and then click on the donate button to finish at PayPal, it is that simple!
