* If everyone could please pay their "tabs" in full on Wednesday evening (Last night of the Summer Series) it would help so much in clearing out the books for the Summer Series! It will make it so much easier to begin the Mini Series! Your cooperation would be so much appreciated!
* As always...Thank you to Sean Walker as he continues to keep the Web Site up to date! I just love going to the Posse's Web Site to see what's new. You do a great job Sean!

WOW! Can you say h-o-t d-o-g? Last night, the 4th night of the Summer Series and Red, White & Blue night saw ALOT of people and horses all decked out in their patriotic colors. Every where you turned there were hot dogs, hot dogs & more hot dogs! The Cook Shack offered for their special: Hot Dogs with a Special Sauce and sold almost all of them! Tons of hot dog Kid's meals were sold. And there was the hot dog eating contest! We had 4 contestants entered and they were all good sports! Little Hannah Herbert who said she might eat only 1 hot dog a year won the contest! She was awarded a $25 gift card from Wal-Mart. We want to thank Chloe Davis for singing the National Anthem about a "kazillion" times for the Cook Shack crew as we were cleaning up. To all the little one's who come to the Cook Shack windows with their dirty faces & clothes.....we love it! It looks like you all have a GREAT time out at the Posse and we get a kick out of it....plus we know we only have the Cook Shack to clean...unlike mom & dad!
Next Tuesday is Valley Girl's barrel racing at the Posse and Wednesday, the final night of the Summer Series will be "Tough Enough to wear PINK" night! We hope to see alot of you out there! Wear alot of Pink to show you care....on your horses too! The Cook Shack will have as their special: Mushroom Swiss Burgers and of course...Pink Ice Cream!
Andrea Kelly is making and donating homemade Apple & Dutch Apple pies for the Cook Shack to sell! If you haven't tried her pies you will have to check them out! They are delicious! Yum!!!
Be sure to check out the pictures in the Posse's Photo Gallery!
As always...Thank you to all of our volunteers.! You are all so much appreciated! A special Thank you to Brittney, Amanda & Alicia for helping Nancy last night! Do you gals want a hot dog? Thank you to all for a wonderful evening and we'll see you ya'all next week!

Last night, the third night of the Summer Series was Hawiian Night. The night started off fairly warm and Seth Ogden put on a little rodeo during warm-ups. He actually stayed on for quite awhile before getting bucked off. Mom Veronica then put on her own little rodeo with the horse...if you know what I mean....We sure hope Seth is doing alright and hope to see him next week!
Everyone seemed to have a good time and alot of folks were dressed in their Hawiian clothes along with alot of horses getting into the spirit of the night's theme!

The second evening of the Summer Series saw really nice weather and alot of "cowboys", "cowgirls" and "cowpokes" all "duded-up" for Wild, Wild West night out at the Posse. All went well except for a little "snaffu" with the goats...but all in all things seemed to go pretty good....the goats did show up after all....yea! The Cook Shack reported a real good night selling ALOT of ice cream and selling out of their special of "fench dips"! Thank you so much to Richard, Debbie, Cody, Sue and Sarah for helping so much and of course to the Skramstad kids for cleaning! Also, Thank you to Lynn from Crossfire as she faithfully comes every week to clean the restrooms before the start of the evening!
