Mini Series Christmas in July
This past week was "Christmas in July" Instead of looking for snowflakes, we were watching the sky for thunder and lightening. Members' stockings were hung on the track fence and Santa's elves filled them with goodies. Many Chrismas outifts were seen on the grounds. Horses had manes braided with Christmas ornaments, their tails sported big red bows, The Court was in green and red with jingling reindeer antlers Santa hats were seen and we even had a Christmas tree skirt (Jocelyn Munden) a clever idea.
Thanks to the Doug and Kelly Smith family, who stepped up to run the games for the little kids on the track for the mini series !!!! Your little ones don't need a horse to do these games on the track
Its Queen/King for a day next week with visiting royalty from Walla Walla, Waitsbug, Dayton joining us

Arena Information
The Pioneer Posse Arena is worked Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8am to 1pm. With the hot weather, it tends to need a little more time in being worked. We are asking the members to please use the “upper” 4-H arena while the Posse’s arena is being worked with the tractor or there is water running in the arena. Everyone’s cooperation in this matter is appreciated. Also, please note that the Pioneer Posse Arena is reserved Sunday, August 8th from 1pm to 8pm for Blue Mountain Community College. This is a paid reservation for this organization, so please use the “upper” 4-H arena if you do come out to ride. Thank you
